Batman 5: A Warner Bros. source contacted 'Secret Agent Guy' and mentioned that the studio is supposedly in negotiations with Kim Basinger to reprise her role of Vicki Vale for a small part in the upcoming fifth film. He also confirmed the Kurt Russell rumor, however there is a catch to it...one which he wouldn't give away. The rumored working title is "Batman: Illusions of the Past". Thanks again 'Secret Agent Guy'.
Lethal Weapon 4: Well a lucky group of Taiwanese reporters got a trip to L.A. and interviewed several major stars on the set of "Lethal Weapon 4". What was revealed? Some juicy spoiler info that's what (don't read on if you don't want to be spoiled). So, here it is with thanks to 'Steve'
Mel Gibson said that Rene Russo's character will get pregnant in the end of movie, but they won't get married (only plan to). He also said he will direct "Fahrenheit 451" but without Tom Cruise starring, he didn't know why news said so. Because Jet Li joined the 'LW4' team, we can be sure about one thing: there'll be more fighting scenes for him, more emotional scenes for Mel and Danny. By the way, Jet Li's character is 'Ku'. Is there any possibility of a "Lethal Weapon 5"? Richard Donner said the first one made him felt 'enough', second one 'surprise', third one was 'unbelievable', this one 'You Never Know'.
Scream 3: Two juicy bits of info today. Firstly, Wes Craven revealed on BBC1 that when he suggested to writer Kevin Williamson about staging "Scream 2" in L.A. and shooting certain scenes on Hollywood Boulevard, Williamson replied "That's the idea for the third one, okay!". Meanwhile, 'The Scream King' says that in a recent interview with Williamson, he supposedly revealed that the script for "Scream 3" is halfway complete, Neve Campbell had indeed signed onboard, and so has "Days of our Lives" actress Christie Clark. Clark expressed interest in being in the third installment after meeting Williamson at the premiere of "I Know What You Did Last Summer". Thanks to 'Kapman' & 'The Scream King'.
Rumor has it that Warner Bros. Studios is building a new studio location in Washington State. So if that is true, Hollywood will hit the great northwest.
